Paralegal - Lyn Barber
Lyn is an experienced family law paralegal. She previously worked for the Contra Costa County courts as a legal technician, and has an intimate knowledge of the inner workings of the courthouse. Lyn provides insightful and firm support for all of our clients, and is always willing to assist our attorneys and our clients.
Lyn is a native of Illinois, and is an avid Chicago sports fan, including the Cubs, Bears, and Bulls.
Paralegal - Dana Jordt
Dana has been a paralegal in the family law field for over 20 years. She is familiar with all of the family law procedures, forms, judges, and attorneys in Contra Costa County. Dana also is available to counsel clients regarding Family Law Mediation at the courthouse, and knows the ins and outs of the family law field. Dana is a tireless worker who spends countless hours, along with our attorneys, supporting our client and fighting for their rights.
Receptionist - Eden Jimmerson
Eden works at our front desk here at the Whatley Law Firm. She is always there to offer kind words and a smile to anyone who walks in the door. Eden walks the 3 blocks to the courthouse on a daily basis, saving our clients the time and expense of filing their documents themselves (or paying a courier to do so).
Goodwill Ambassador - Izzy
Izzy, born in 2007, is the office Chihuahua. She is always available for petting, sniffing, and tail-wagging. She also freely distributes her goodwill to clients and other attorneys, if they are willing.
